Our founder, Koen, saw how many insurers treat business owners when laptops were stolen from his company’s premises. The company had just moved, but because the address on the policy hadn’t been updated yet, the insurer didn’t pay out anything.
Everything had been taken care of, but they were still let down. At that moment, it became clear to Koen: this system isn't designed for the people who really need it. That's why he decided to build something better.
